On September 3, 2009, the Board of Directors of Synopsys amended the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (“Code”) to provide clarifying language regarding Synopsys’ policy on foreign corrupt practices and gifts to government officials. The revised language in the Code replaces Synopsys’ former stand-alone policy on foreign corrupt practices.
